These Terms of Service govern your use of the Crest & Court online store and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.
Products and availability
Our products are produced on demand. Product availability, garment colors, sizing, production locations, and fulfillment options can change. We may correct product information, pricing, or availability when necessary.
Product appearance
We work to present product colors and artwork accurately. Screen settings, garment-dye variation, fabric texture, and normal production tolerances can cause the finished item to vary slightly from digital images or mockups.
Orders
An order is not guaranteed until payment is accepted and the order is successfully processed. We may cancel or decline an order where required for fraud prevention, production issues, pricing errors, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing and payments
Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges may be added when applicable. Payment methods available to you are those displayed in Shopify checkout at the time of purchase.
Made-to-order production
Because products are made after purchase, order changes and cancellations become limited once production begins. Our Refund & Return Policy explains the remedies available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items.
Intellectual property
Crest & Court branding, original graphics, copy, photography, and other original site content may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Third-party services
Our store may rely on third-party services for ecommerce hosting, payment processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other functions. Those services may also be governed by their own applicable terms and policies.
Changes
We may update these terms when our services, policies, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on the store.
