Payments on Crest & Court are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. The payment options available for your order are the methods displayed at checkout.
When you are charged
Your selected payment method is authorized or charged as part of completing checkout. Orders are sent into our made-to-order production workflow after purchase.
Currency
Our store's base currency is USD. If your bank or payment provider converts the purchase into another currency, it may use its own exchange rate or charge additional conversion fees.
Taxes and shipping
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout when required. You will see the final order total before submitting payment.
Payment failures
If a payment is declined, verify your card details, billing address, available funds, and any restrictions placed by your payment provider. You may also try another payment method if one is offered at checkout.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back through the original payment method when supported. Processing time after a refund is issued depends on the bank or payment provider.
Security
Crest & Court does not ask customers to send complete payment-card details by email or through our contact form. Complete purchases only through the secure Shopify checkout.
