Crest & Court is currently built around one core idea: start with a substantial tee, keep the front restrained, and give the artwork room to live across the back.
The garment
Our current collection uses a 7.5 oz / 245–255 GSM heavyweight T-shirt made primarily from USA cotton. The silhouette is intentionally a little oversized through the chest, length and sleeves, giving the garment the structured, boxier shape we want for the brand.
Most solid colorways use 100% USA cotton. Heather Grey uses a 90% USA cotton / 10% polyester blend, while Charcoal Grey uses a 50% USA cotton / 50% polyester blend.
Construction
The tee uses heavyweight fabric, reinforced seams and a Lycra-reinforced rib collar. The result is a garment with more body and structure than a typical lightweight promotional tee.
The artwork
The main Crest & Court artwork is placed as a large back print. The front is intentionally clean. Product mockups show the intended print position and scale for each design.
Made to order
Pieces are produced after an order is placed rather than held as pre-printed inventory. Each shirt is printed for your order. Please check the garment measurements and your selected size and color before checkout.
Production timing
Most orders are produced and shipped within approximately 2–7 business days after entering production. High-volume periods, stock shortages or quality-control reprints can add time.

Our approach
We prefer specific information over vague sustainability language. Made-to-order production can reduce the amount of pre-printed inventory we hold, but it does not make a product impact-free. As Crest & Court grows, we will update this page when our materials or production approach changes.
