Before production begins
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, size, color, or other order detail, contact us as quickly as possible with your order number. We will try to make the change before production begins.
After production begins
Once an order has entered production, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. In many cases the product is already being printed or prepared for shipment.
Address changes
We cannot guarantee an address change after production begins or after a shipping label has been created. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address at checkout.
